What is Ever Events and where is it located?  

Ever Events is a luxury balloon studio located in the Niagara Region, Ontario. Ever Events is web-based and does not have a physical location (but who knows what the future holds?!)

Is delivery available and what is the fee?  

Delivery is an integral part of Ever Events and is free within most areas of the Niagara Region.  

Do you have a price list?  

Given the nature of balloon work, it is not possible to equally price every order. Prices depend on the complexity and size of your order, the colors and sizes of the balloons, custom add-on's and requests, etc. The best way to get a price range is to request a quote!      

How do I book?

Take a look through our website for some inspo and then reach out for a quote by filling out the contact sheet on this website or by emailing hello@everevents.ca. Once your order is agreed upon, you will receive an email invoice. This reserves your date and time. Thereafter, you will have until 2 weeks before the event to make your payment in full. This confirms your booking.

What happens if I can't pay off my invoice on time, have to cancel my event, or have some other issue or concern?  

Just reach out and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We want our clients to feel comfortable and safe, knowing they won't get ripped off or cheated. Shoot us a message or give us a call any time - we've got you!
